This EULA governs use of BestSaaS software accessed after an AWS Marketplace subscription.
Fees are billed exclusively by AWS according to the dimensions listed on the Marketplace product page.
Customer data is isolated per tenant and deleted within 30 days of contract end or written deletion request.
Seller may suspend access after unsubscribe, entitlement expiry, or material security risk.
Governing law: as specified in AWS Marketplace Standard Contract unless a custom EULA is attached to the listing.
